ATI Radeon BIOS Editor显卡BIOS编辑工具 v1.25    ATi Radeon BIOS Editor可以修改的显示卡BIOS项目非常的多，包括核心芯片研发代号、核心芯片运作频率、内存类型、内存运作频率、显示卡制作厂商代号、更新频率、电视讯号规格等等。特别提醒的是，修改及更新显示卡BIOS是件具有风险的动作，若非具备一定的计算机硬件功力，请勿轻易尝试。
新版软件更新如下：
1.支持EMC2103风扇控制器，可以调节HD 5970显卡风扇转速。
2.增加对Radeon 5830、5450、5570显卡的支持。
3.改进十六进制编辑器内置的搜索功能。
4.解决了另一台subvendor显示器的现实问题。
5.改进RAM检测。
6.修正了一个很少出现的错误，是关于移动Radeon显卡BIOS powerplay列表的。
7.修正不常见的文件打开错误。
8.更新了WinFlash连接。
9.新增功能，使RivaTuner 2.25兼容5xx0显卡。

RBE is a tool which helps you with over-/underclocking and tuning your recent ATI video card. Unlike other programs as Rivatuner for example, RBE will provide a modified version of your video card's original BIOS that you can flash upon your video card.
There is no installation required. Just download the RBE.exe and run it. There is just that one single file. No administrative privileges are required to run RBE, whether you use Windows XP or Vista.

Added 58x0 and 5970 GPU voltage control. I'd like to express my gratitude to VuurVOS who made this possible.
Added memory voltage control where available (i.e. all cards that utilize a VT1165 in order to control memory voltage, such as 4890, 5870 and 5970 [as far as I know]).
Added GPU voltage control for cards utilizing a L6788A chip. Most 4770s and 5770s use them. Hey, better late than never! :-) Unfortunately, 5670 and 5750 reference design cards can not be supported because their UP6201 chip does not support external programming.
Fixed subvendor-display on 5xx0 cards.

Added preliminary support for Radeon 5870. Note that I'm still not sure about 5850's DeviceID and that signature saving and loading will most likely not work properly on 5xx0s with this version. Furthermore, VT1165 programming is not functioning yet.
